unfair fees

there are to many unnecessary fees attached to the rent. So what you are told is the cost of rent is inflated and different every month. I wonder if this is legal!! There are things here that should be ungraded like the garage doors and the stairs on the front of the building.

I’m a new tenant here. My experineve has been great so far. Kyle the manager is very attentive and kind made my move in very smooth. Enrique is great too. The complex is well kept.

Palm Villa Review

I have lived here for about 5 years, its okay. I think it's a little expensive. Windows are a little outdated; garage door is outdated. I like that they did provide a stove, fridge and a washer + dryer with the unit, so that was really convienent. For the price, the build and unit can be a little more modern.

The townhomes are outdate with old carpet and creaking floors. For the price of rent its fair though.
